THE ANNUAL BOARD MEETING OF THE MOFFAT WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS, BELL COUNTY, TEXAS, WILL BE HELD ON THE 3RD MONDAY OF JANUARY EACH YEAR AT THE MOFFAT COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT, 13410 KUYKENDALL MOUNTAIN ROAD, TEMPLE, TX 76502. 

NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION

The Moffat Water Supply Corporation Board of Directors cancelled the Annual Membership Meeting and Regular Meeting scheduled for Monday, January 15, 2024, due to inclement weather.

The Annual Membership Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, March 18, 2024, at 5:30PM and will be held at the Moffat Community Center located at13410 Kuykendall Mountain Road, Temple, Texas 76502.

Notice of Annual Member Meeting for Moffat Water Supply Corporation

The Annual Member Meeting for the Moffat Water Supply Corporation will be held at the Moffat Community Center located at 13410 Kuykendall Mountain Road, Temple, TX 76502. The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2024. The purpose of the meeting will be to update the membership on the business affairs of the Corporation and to conduct a director election unless the election is declared unopposed by a resolution of the board of directors.

Members may request that items be placed on the agenda by contacting the Corporation’s office during regular business hours or sending an email to the Corporation at custserv@moffatwatersupply.com at least one week prior to the date of the meeting. No motions may be accepted, or action taken on issues brought up at the meeting from the floor. All action items must have been included in the Notice Agenda of the Annual Members Meeting posted 72 hours in advance of the meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
